My Herbal Wellness Journey
In 2019, during the COVID-19 pandemic, I felt called to help people through natural wellness and herbal education. Seeing so many families searching for hope inspired me to begin learning about herbs, nutrition, and traditional plant remedies that have been used around the world for generations.
In 2021, my journey became deeply personal when my uncle was diagnosed with prostate cancer. Watching someone I loved go through difficult treatments and experience the physical toll they took on him motivated me to search for additional ways to support his overall wellness. I wanted to understand more about herbal traditions that people in other parts of the world had relied on for years.
Through my brother, who had traveled extensively and developed friendships with people in Indonesia and other countries, I was introduced to traditional herbs such as black seed and soursop leaves. After obtaining these herbs, my uncle chose to include them as part of his personal wellness journey while continuing to receive medical care. During that time, our family believed we saw encouraging changes in his overall condition, including improvements in his appetite, strength, and ability to move around. Those experiences strengthened my desire to continue studying herbs and helping others learn about natural wellness.
Sadly, my uncle later passed away. While our family has its own thoughts about the circumstances, we ultimately believe that every life is in God’s hands. His timing and His plan are greater than our understanding. We give all honor, glory, and credit to God, trusting that His wisdom is perfect even when we do not fully understand His purpose.
Today, my mission is to educate people about herbal wellness, healthy living, and natural lifestyle choices while encouraging everyone to work alongside qualified healthcare professionals for diagnosis and treatment. My goal is to share knowledge, inspire hope, and remind people that faith, wisdom, and a healthy lifestyle can all play an important role in their wellness journey.
